Using Tervu
You may use Tervu only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter or import and for maintaining the security of your account.
Workplace and customer information
Only upload information you are authorized to use. You retain ownership of the information you provide. You grant Tervu the limited rights needed to host, process, organize, and display that information to operate the service for you and your authorized workspace members.
AI-assisted features
AI-generated summaries, suggestions, and extracted information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important outputs before relying on them, communicating them, or making business decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, infringe another person's rights, or use Tervu to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
Availability and changes
Tervu is an evolving service. Features may change, and interruptions may occur. We may update these terms as the product develops and will post the revised effective date on this page.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Tervu is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
