What this policy covers

This policy explains how Tervu handles information when you create an account or use the Tervu field-sales workspace.

Information we collect

• Account information, including your name and email address. If you use Google sign-in, Google provides basic profile and account identifiers needed to authenticate you.
• Information you choose to enter or import, such as dealer accounts, contacts, visit notes, follow-ups, territory plans, photos, and related sales records.
• Basic technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service, such as timestamps, device or browser details, and error information.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide the workspace, save and organize field activity, generate requested AI-assisted summaries or suggestions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve Tervu.

Service providers

Tervu relies on service providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, and requested AI features. These currently include Vercel, Supabase, Google, and OpenAI. They process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own contractual and privacy obligations.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. Workspace information is not made visible to unrelated Tervu customers. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service and its users, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information. You can also revoke Tervu's Google access from your Google Account permissions. Some information may be retained where legally required.
